Alicia Alessandrini

Registered Social Worker (BSW, MSW) EMDR Practitioner (she/her)

Alicia holds a Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto, and has experience in a variety of healthcare and student settings with both adolescents and adults from all walks of life. Her priority is to offer you a therapy space to look at present-day and past challenges free of judgement, in a way that is unique to your needs.

Her areas of interest are mood (anxiety, stress, depression), trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. She has additional interest in ADHD and Neurodiversity and often use this lens in her work. Alicia is an EMDR practitioner and offers virtual, phone, texting, and Walk and Talk therapy (in-person outdoor) sessions.
