Brittany Forester
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), ADHD-CCSP, HBA, CCTP, EMDR, Intern (she/her)
I am completing a Masters of Counselling and have completed a Honours Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Family and Child Studies. I’ve worked in public and family health settings with children, teens, and adults. My goal is to create a judgement-free space for you to work through stressors, thoughts, and experiences in a way that is unique to you. I work with individuals (teens, adults) and couples.

My approach is rooted in both a trauma- and culturally-informed lens and pull from Attachment Theory, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, DBT, DBT, ACT and EFT, but I bring in a broad range of tools to best suit the goals you have. There is no “one-size fits all.” My areas of interest are trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and relationship issues.
