Yoga for Anxiety
We're excited to be hosting a "Yoga for Anxiety" class on March 12th at 8pm EST with Registered Yoga Teacher (500 HR) and therapist Christina DeFranco!

Join us for a soothing yet empowering yoga class designed to ease anxiety and restore balance to your mind and body. Through grounding poses, breathwork, and mindful movement, you'll release built-up stress, reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive space, and build resilience and inner strength - one intentional breath at a time.

The class will be 60 minutes long - all ages and abilities are welcome to join us virtually.

The cost to attend is just $10 and we can't wait to move with you!
