Counselling is a great way to talk through thoughts, experiences (past, present, future), trauma, growth goals, and to learn coping strategies in your daily life. We provide you with a warm, non-judgemental space, free from the ideas or opinions that might come up when discussing these things with friends/family. We use EMDR, CBT, ACT, IFS, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, EFT, Gottman, and Narrative Therapy, to name a few.
