Are you someone hoping to find ways to feel less anxious, less stressed, or less depressed, and have the tools to cope differently? Do you want to feel more like yourself again, or figure out what helps to get "unstuck?" Do you often feel down on yourself, like you're not enough, but you don't know how to change this? Maybe there is a relationship in your life that you, or you and your partner, are hoping to better understand and improve. Let's look at what's going on for you now, how the past might impact this, and equip you with ways to move forward differently. I work with individuals and couples.

I am currently completing a Masters Degree, but have years of experience working with students, military, and adults and hearing people's stories. Let's take what I know and see how it fits into improving communication, mood, self-esteem, life transitions, stress management for you. Together we can change your well-being experience to one that fits.

My approach is varied and considers trauma, culture, and neurodiversity in its lens. I pull from Emotion-Focused and Attachment-based therapies, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, and continue to prioritize on-going education to ensure my work is evidence-based and current. Let's start with a free, no obligation consult call to get started.
