Nadine holds a Masters of Counselling Psychology and has previously completed a Bachelor of Forensic Science (Honours). She has previously worked in retail, research, and first-responding roles, and these experiences have allowed her to demonstrate empathy, support, collaboration, and intervention skills. Nadine is a trained EMDR clinician, Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional, and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, and has an approach rooted in a trauma- and culturally-informed perspective. She pulls from Narrative, CBT, EMDR, Attachment and Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Parts Work, and she ensures flexibility in how this applies to your goals. She works with individuals and couples and her areas of interest are relationships, identity and self-esteem, trauma, immigrant mental health, and mood (stress, depression, anxiety).
