Stacy Recalla
Nurse Practitioner (NP-PHC), MScN, BScN
Stacy’s work with Fika Mental Health focuses on ADHD Assessments, as a passionate advocate for neuroinclusive care. She aims to support individuals seeking clarity around diagnosis and treatment while considering factors such as masking, previous medical history, and ways to ensure your care feels collaborative every step of the way. As another of our lived experience practitioners, she understands the roadblocks and frustrations that can come with the Assessment process.

Stacy has experience supporting all areas of mental and physical health and well-being in her role as a Nurse Practitioner. Present and past roles include Senior Nurse Practitioner Consultant with the Minstry of Health, Research Assistant, University Nursing Instructor, and Nurse Manager, and she has offered her experience and education to various committees in the past. Outside of her work with Fika she currently provides migraine management, Cannabinoid therapy, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), medical aesthetics, and consultancy.

Currently Stacy works virtually in Ontario only but we hope to expand this provincially in the near future.
